Data we collect and purposes
We only process data that the user actively provides or that is automatically generated during browsing:
- Interest registration (coming soon): email address. Purpose: to inform the user about the launch of CURA and to maintain pre-launch communication. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). The user may withdraw their consent at any time.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent. Purpose: statistical analysis of web traffic. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) given through the cookie management panel.
Data retention
Interest registration data is retained as long as the user does not withdraw their consent or until the service is launched, after which it will be deleted or integrated into the active service database with renewed consent. Browsing data is retained according to the retention settings established by analytics providers.
Recipients and international transfers
We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary for the provision of the service. Registration form data is processed through Formsubmit (formsubmit.co), and email notifications are delivered to our mailbox.
